The Suggestion Box- At the beginning of each course I always like to encourage my participants to make suggestions of what they would like to cover in the course. Every group is different and it keeps it very relevant to the group, plus it’s fun and more exciting! I’ve had loads of amazing suggestions from women that are attending my workshops and courses and it has really helped me to continue to improve the content so that YOU get as much value as you possibly can from attending the course.

Weekly Guided Meditations- Each week after every class we finish with a 20-25min guided meditation, so that you can fully relax and absorb all of the content delivered in class. This is a chance for you to really unwind and rest your body and mind; Depending on the room size participants often take in floor mats and pillows and find a little spot to lie down comfortably if there is space so they can really make the most of it! Plus every week has a different meditation theme, so you really get to experience a wide variety of meditation and mindfulness practices.

Email support- You will receive an email the following day of everything we have covered in class each week, it will be in PDF format and all you have to do is simply download it and you can save it so you have a hard copy. I suggest creating a folder on your computer or email and saving it all together, that way it’s easy to access anytime. I also will include other helpful resources such as video’s, downloadable PDF worksheets, suggested reading, meditations and much more! It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions or even suggest a topic that you’d like to include in the program.

Weekly Actionable Steps-  Do you suffer from procrastination?  Or maybe the; I’ll do it tomorrow, or long finger syndrome? You’re not alone, and that use to be me too until I learned the amazing value of scheduling things to be done, because if it’s not scheduled it’s not going to happen! After each class you will be handed a breakdown of the key action steps you need to achieve each week so that you stay on track and continue working on your mind-set and goals. Not to mention lots of other practical hand-outs in class each week! I’ve made this easy peasy for you so all YOU need to do it start taking action!

Let’s dive into some of the modules we’ll cover…..

Developing a Positive Mind Set- Did you know that our mind is like a muscle? Yes we all understand how to look after our physical wellbeing, by eating right and exercising, but we need to learn how to look after our mind-set also. This concept is a reoccurring theme that will be highlighted through different learning outcomes within the six week course. Creating an awareness of our mental health, and how we can adapt a more positive mind-set is key to unlocking the secrets of happiness.

Overcome Fears & Limiting Beliefs- Stress, anxiety, fears & worry stop us from achieving the things we really want to achieve in our lives. You will learn to identify, and challenge these limiting beliefs so that you can safely begin to step outside your comfort zone, and start living the life you really want to be living!

Motivation- I am going to motivate your ass to stop making excuses and start taking action! Basically you’ll no longer be stuck in a rut!

Change your habits change your life- One of my favourite modules at the moment as this is an area of my own life that I’m personally working on right now. So you’ll get to hear lots of personal examples of how you can instil some of these life changing habits into your own life. You’ll learn about daily habits of highly successful, and how you can incorporate these into your own life, and so much more!

Your thoughts create your future-Most people unfortunately don’t realise that what you think about and focus on the most is exactly what is going to show up in your life, over and over again. Think about it, if you say that you can’t do something, and repeat it to yourself over and over then guess what…..you’re not going to be able to do it! I’ll teach you some fantastic ways to overcome this and I have some amazing visualization techniques that will blow your mind! We’ll also look at the law of attraction, and why worrying is a total waste of your time and energy as it doesn’t change or solve anything.

Assertiveness- Learn how to become more assertive so that you can feel more confident and express your feelings in a healthy and more positive manner. This is a popular module with lots of worksheets and tips to help you along the way.

Life Style-A major shift occurred in my life when I started a food diary, I couldn’t understand at the age of 30 why I couldn’t lose weight, why I was also so bloated, and why I was exhausted and felt like napping every afternoon! So we’ll be taking a big magnifying glass on how and why food affects your mood and your overall wellbeing.

Goals- If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.  Read this interesting Harvard Study

  • In 1979, the Harvard’s MBA Program asked its students: “Have you set clear, written goals for your future and made plans to accomplish them?”
  • 84% had no specific goals at all, 13% had goals but they were not written down, 3% had clear, written goals and plans to accomplish them.
  • Ten years later, the 13% of the class who had goals were earning, on average, twice as much as the 84 percent who had no goals at all!
  • Even more staggering – the 3% who had clear, written goals were earning, on average,

TEN TIMES as much as the other 97 percent put together, amazing right!

Self-esteem-  How do you feel about your own self-worth and personal value?  You will learn how you can become more confident, and diminish the signs of low self-esteem through Positive Affirmations, and other valuable tools and techniques. There is only one you, and you are worth the time, effort and dedication necessary to succeed!

Core beliefs- are the deeply held beliefs that influence how we interpret our life experiences. It’s how we see ourselves. Think of core beliefs like a pair of sunglasses. Everyone has a different “shade” that causes them to see things differently. Life experiences can instil limiting or negative core beliefs that do not serve us and are often no longer true for us. Maybe as a child you were constantly told you “were stupid” and you continue this belief all the way into adulthood. Imagine the devastating impact that this held belief would have on you? I will help you will learn how to identify and challenge your core beliefs, so that you can move forward I n your life.

Mindfulness- Mindfulness is an extremely powerful tool that improves not only your mental health but also your physical and emotional wellbeing.  You will learn the basic practises of mindfulness through weekly guided meditations and exercises. Each week you will leave feeling rested, more relaxed, less stressed and motivation.

My Secret Strategies to Success Tools- I will share with you some very personal examples of my daily habits that will show you how I have achieved all of my goals to date, not to mention my plans for achieving all of my future ambitions. Tools such as Vision Boards, Goals Boards, Success Diary, Stop doing lists and more!

Stress management– The bills won’t stop coming, there will never be more hours in the day and your career and family responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have more control than you might think. In fact, the simple realization that you’re in control of your life is the foundation of stress management. Managing stress is all about taking charge: of your thoughts, emotions, schedule, and the way you deal with problems. You’ll learn how to identify the sources of stress in your life, how you react to stress and where you feel it in your body. Understanding these factors allows you to take back control of your life and find healthier ways of managing stress.
